Users of the Starter plan can now generate the "Intelligence Report Snapshot"
The Intelligence Report Snapshot is a trimmed down, lite version of the main report. It provides you with quick top insights from conversation data. Based on your last 30 days of conversations, it highlights the top 5 buyer objections, the visitor types you attract, buying conversations that ended without a lead, the questions your content doesn't answer yet, and campaign angles worth trying. Of course the full, more detailed intelligence report needs an upgrade to Growth plan.
Illumea Pulse (limited availability)
Pulse is an extension to Illumea. It turns your visitor conversations into marketing actions. It reads what visitors ask on each page of your site (their questions, objections and where they go looking next) and suggests ready-to-use campaign ideas, landing page fixes, objection answers and content to add. You can also test proactive messages written from those insights against your current ones and keep the winner. You review everything; nothing goes live without your approval. Currently, this is in LA for Growth+ customers.
TypeSafe AI Jev (experimental)
We are also trying out the new kid on the block - TypeSafe AI Jev while building out improvements to pattern, signal and intent classification modules. The results so far have been very encouraging and we look forward to making this available to customers soon!
UI improvements & fixes
There were a few updates and fixes to improve the UI. Some of these are highlighted below
- A "Checklist" panel on the right shows exactly what to do next. New bots get five steps: describe your business, add your content, test, go live and see your analytics. Each ticks itself off as you complete it. Once you're live, it suggests ways to keep your bot sharp, like refreshing outdated content or filling questions your bot couldn't answer.
- The "Intelligence Report" has a premium look and feel for easier consumption and better experience
- UI tweaks also done to Session Replay, Leads and Pulse pages for better usability
- Some flow breaks/gaps have also been addressed with improvements to session handling
